Questions

Does the Canva free plan need a credit card?

No. The free plan asks for nothing beyond the email verification, and it does not expire into a paid trial. The Pro trial is a separate, clearly-labelled offer that does want a card, so decline it if you only came for the free editor.

Can I collaborate with others from a temp-mail account?

Sharing links work like on any account, but invitations, comment notifications and team emails go to the registered address, so the collaboration features degrade to whatever happens inside the editor. For real teamwork the account needs a mailbox that outlives the project.

What happens to my designs when the inbox expires?

They stay in the account, and the account keeps working as long as you stay logged in and remember the password. What disappears is the safety net: no reset link, no login code, no recovery. Export anything you care about the same day you make it.

What does Canva email to this inbox?
