Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

By accessing or using our services at DustMail.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

DustMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing campaigns.
  • Commit fraud or misrepresent your identity for illegal activities.
  • Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overwhelm our infrastructure.

Certain features of DustMail are offered on a premium subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
  • You authorize us (and our payment processors, PayPal/NOWPayments) to charge the appropriate fees.
  • All sales are final, though we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Temporary emails may occasionally be delayed or rejected by anti-spam systems.

In no event shall DustMail or its operators be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
